摘要
着重介绍了步进式加热炉在棒线材生产线上的应用及其顺序控制方法,列举了运行过程中发现的踏步功能与料坯入炉、空位判断与自动前循环等关键连锁,并提出了相应的解决办法。为炉区的正常、稳定运行奠定了基础,也为同类型设备的技术改造提供了一定参考。
This paper gives a detailed introduction about the application of the walking beam reheating furnace in the rod and wire production line and designed a relatively sequential control mode. At the same time, it lists the key chain links found in the operation process, including stepping function and material charging, vacancy estimation and automatic anterior circulation, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to lay the foundation for the normal and stable operationof the furnace area, providing some references for the technical transformation of the same type of equipment.
