铁屑用于电镀污泥减量工艺优化研究

摘要 主要探讨铁屑用于电镀污泥减量工艺的优化研究,结果显示,利用在酸性废水中投加铁屑的方法,其酸性废水和含铬废水的混合对铬有显著的去除作用,且与直接投加硫酸亚铁和石灰的传统工艺相比,此方法可以大大减少石灰与硫酸亚铁的使用量及电镀废水处理所产生的污泥量,降低废水处理成本,因此,可以用于工程实践。 This paper mainly discusses the optimization of iron scraps used in electroplating sludge reduction process.The results show that the mixture of acid wastewater and chromium-containing wastewater has a remarkable effect on the removal of chromium by adding iron chips into acidic wastewater. Compared with the traditional process of adding ferrous sulfate and lime directly, this method can greatly reduce the usage of lime and ferrous sulfate and the amount of sludge produced by electroplating wastewater treatment, and the cost of wastewater treatment. Thus, it can be used in engineering practice.
