次氯酸钠-氢氧化物处理钢铁工业含锌含氰废水的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以某钢铁企业高炉煤气洗涤水为研究对象,探讨次氯酸钠—氢氧化物对钢铁工业含锌含氰废水的处理效果。结果显示,次氯酸钠—氢氧化物沉淀法对含锌含氰废水有较高的去除率,最佳工艺条件为pH为9~10之间,温度为30℃,有效氯含量α=600 mg/L,搅拌反应时间为30 min,总氰化物和锌离子的去除率分别为99.74%和100%,达到国家一级排放标准。 Taking the washing water of blast furnace gas in a steel enterprise as the research object, the effect of sodium hypochlorite hydroxide on the treatment of zinc and cyanide containing wastewater in iron and steel industry is discussed.The results show that the sodium hypochlorite hydroxide precipitation method has a high removal rate of wastewater containing zinc and cyanide. The optimum process conditions are pH 9-10, the temperature is 30 ℃, the content of effective chlorine is alpha=600 mg/L, the stirring reaction time is 30 min, and the removal rate of total cyanide and zinc ion is 99.74% and 100% respectively, meeting the national first level emission standards.
