Combined with the experience and operation situation in the management of external association of Hanzhong steel, the existing problems are analyzed, and the practical operation of the innovation management of the actual outsourcing unit is explored, and the concrete management countermeasures are put forward, such as the legal system management, the group education and training management and so on, in order to establish and perfect the long-term management mechanism of outsourcing, and promote the outsourcing units better serve the enterprises.
