人工老化处理对不同休眠特性水稻种子生理特性的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Artificial Aging on Physiological Characteristics of Rice Seeds in Different Dormancy Properties

摘要 以2个具有休眠特性差异的籼稻品种(4K58(Ⅱ-32B休眠)、4K59(Ⅱ-32B))及其各自与不育系(Ⅱ-32A)的杂交F2代种子(C 178、C 179)为材料,采用人工加速老化方法获得不同老化天数(0,3,6,9d)的种子。探讨了老化处理对种子丙二醛(MDA)含量,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明,随老化时间延长,4个品种种子MDA含量显著增加,CAT活性显著降低;自交系种子的MDA含量及SOD、CAT和APX活性均显著低于杂交种;4K58和C 178种子的抗氧化物酶活性均分别低于4K59和C 179。研究认为,人工老化处理显著抑制了种子体内抗氧化系统的活性,加深了膜脂过氧化程度,加剧了种子的劣变。另外,研究还推测具有休眠特性的水稻种子更不耐贮藏。 In this study,two indicated varieties with different characteristics of dormancy(4 K58(Ⅱ-32 B dormant),4 K59(Ⅱ-32 B))and their F2 seeds(C 178,C 179)hybridized with sterile line(Ⅱ-32 A)were used as materials.Different aged seeds(0 days,3 days,6 days,or 9 days)of these four varieties were acquired by artificial accelerated aging method.Effects of artificial aging on malondialdehyde(MDA)contents,catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities were investigated.The results showed that as the aging time prolonged,MDA contents of these four rice varieties seeds increased significantly,while antioxidant enzymes activities decreased dramatically.Besides,MDA contents,SOD,CAT and APX activities of two inbred lines were significantly lower than those of hybrid varieties.In addition,antioxidant enzymes activities of 4 K58 and C 178 were significantly lower than 4 K59 and C 179,respectively.Our study indicated that artificial aging treatment significantly inhibited the antioxidant system activity of seeds,deepened membrane lipid peroxidation degree,and thus aggravated the deterioration of seeds.In addition,it also speculated that rice seed with dormancy properties were less resistant to storage.
