摘要
[目的]通过对东北延胡索种子发育过程中保护酶活性的变化及蛋白质、可溶性糖含量积累模式的研究,明确不同温度对种子萌发的调节机理。[方法]将东北延胡索种子置于10,15℃恒温光照培养箱中进行培养,测定不同萌发时期种子各组分的含量。[结果]蛋白质与可溶性糖含量表现为15℃高于10℃。[结论]15℃温度条件有利于东北延胡索种子萌发和幼苗建成。
Objective:The paper discusses the influence of the activity of protective enzyme changes in the process of Corydalis ambigua Cham.et Schlecht.seed development and study of the patterns of protein and soluble sugar content accumulation,in order to clear regulation mechanism of different temperature on seed germination.Method:The seeds of the northeast Corydalis ambigua Cham.et Schlecht.were cultured at 10,15℃ constant temperature in light incubator to determine the content of each component in different germination period.Result:Protein and soluble sugar content of 15℃was higher than 10 ℃.Conclusion:It is beneficial to seed germination and seedling establishing of Corydalis ambigua Cham.etSchlecht.in15℃temperature condition.
