摘要
2014年中旬,贵州省某养殖场引进的新品种江鳕发病,从患病江鳕肝脏和肾脏分离纯化病原菌,经形态学观察、回归感染试验、生理生化特性测定和16SrDNA序列分析对病原菌进行分类鉴定和致病性检测,同时对其药物敏感性进行测定。回归感染后的江鳕可再次分离到致病菌;生理生化特性结合16SrDNA序列系统学分析,将致病菌鉴定为类志贺邻单胞菌。该菌对江鳕的半数致死密度为4.3×10~7 cfu/mL。药敏试验结果表明,该菌株对氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星、依诺沙星等敏感,对哌拉西林、克拉霉素、妥布霉素、庆大霉素等耐药。
In the middle of 2014,a disease was found in burbot Lota lotain a farm in Guizhou province,the diseased burbot showing emaciated,anorexia,and black skin;swimming alone;hemorrhagic jaw,liver and abdomen;rot fin;kidney with hemorrhagic spots;empty intestine;some diseased fish having damaged back.Bacteria were isolated from the liver and kidney of infected burbot,and identified as Plesiomonas shigelloides by morphological observation,physiological-biochemical characteristics and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis.The pathogenicity test and drug susceptibility were conducted in the diseased burbot challenged with the isolated bacterium.The pathogenic bacterial strain had LD_(50) of 4.3×10~7 cfu/mL and was sensitive to ofloxacin,enrofloxacin,norfloxacin and enoxacin,resistant to piperacillin,clarithromycin,tobramycin and gentamicin.The findings indicate that the burbot disease is caused by P.shigelloides to provide theoretical basis and reference with the prevention and treatment of the disease.
