Review and exploration of European organic farming policy in 1980s and 1990s

20世纪80—90年代是欧洲有机农业发展的关键时期。随着欧洲各国和欧盟有机农业政策的介入,欧洲有机农业进入良性发展的轨道。本文从法规、补贴、销售、信息等方面简要梳理了这一时期有机农业政策发展的历史。文章在结合欧洲有机农业政策的经验与得失之后,试图为中国有机农业发展带来一定的启发。

The 1980s and 1990 sare the key period for the development of organic agriculture in Europe.With the intervention of the organic farming policies of European countries and the EU,the organic agriculture in Europe has entered the track of sound development.This article briefly reviewed the history of organic farming policy development in this period from the aspects of laws,regulations,subsidies,sales and information consultation.After combining the experience of gains and losses of the organic farming policy in Europe,the article attempted to bring some enlightenments for the development of organic agriculture in China.
