亚太地区经济发展水平测度——基于APEC的实证研究

The measure of economic development level in the Asia-Pacific region based on the research of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation

本文以亚洲太平洋经济合作组织(APEC)的21个成员为研究对象,从资本、消费和税收视角构建其经济发展水平评价体系,采用熵值赋权法测度各成员的经济发展水平,分析各成员经济发展的影响因素,最后采用耦合协调度发展模型进一步分析APEC的21个成员之间的经济发展协调状态。研究表明,高等级经济增长成员的数量比重较小,多集中于亚洲与北美洲,低级别经济增长成员的数量比重较大,多集中在亚洲与南美洲,低级别与高级别成员的经济发展水平差距较大,两极化趋势显著,整体处于初级协调发展阶段。银行不良贷款占全部贷款比重、外商直接投资、人均国民总收入、人均国内生产总值、货物进出口总额和上市公司数量对APEC经济发展起重要作用,而二、三产业就业构成、资本形成率、国内生产总值缩减指数和二、三产业增加值占国内生产总值比重等对APEC经济发展的作用相对较小。

This paper takes 21 APEC member countries as the research object,constructs its economic development level evaluation system from the perspectives of capital,consumption and tax,and adopts the entropy weight method to measure the 21 indicators' development level scores of 21 member countries,and finally uses the development of the coupling coordination model to further analyze the 21 member states of APEC economic development coordination status.The research shows that the proportion of high-level economic growth member countries is relatively small,most of which are concentrated in Asia and North America.The proportion of low-level economic growth member countries is relatively large,mostly concentrated in Asia and South America.There is a large gap between development levels and a marked tendency of polarization.At present,the whole belong to the primary coordinated development stage.Non-performing loans of banks accounted for the proportion of total loans,foreign direct investment,per capita gross national income,GDP per capita,total import and export of goods,the number of listed companies on the economic development of APEC play important roles in the employment composition of secondary and tertiary industries,capital formation rate.The index of GDP deflation,the added value of the secondary and tertiary industries in the GDP and other factors have relatively little impact on the economic development of APEC.
