因果同质性法则的形成与意义

因果同质性法则的主旨是宣示"原因与其结果为本质相同的同类事物"。它由"因中有果论"的古代学说、"因大于果"的近代思想和"因果转化"的现代认识凝结而成。其之存在可由内外因法则结合本质-现象关系原理导出,并为"无不能生有"和"同质转化"等三大理由所支持。一些反对意见均能化解。因而,因果同质性也是因果关系的重要性质,它的意义在于:为原因的解释力提供依据,为预计结果指示方向,更是一个由果溯因的有效指导,能为一些学术研究与争论提供某种评判的准则。
