摘要 为实现绿色建筑光伏装置的自动化清洁并减轻工作人员的劳动强度,研发一套光伏装置智能清洁机器人智能清洁系统.本智能清洁器系统由传动引导系统、清洁系统、和控制系统组成,仅使用1台电机完成整体动作,同时设计有独立的行走机构,行走轮系与光伏装置不接触,对光伏装置没有伤害,同时可以跨越有夹角且两块相邻的光伏板,实现一台设备清洁复杂光伏板面的功能.系统清洁层设计有类似螺旋输出的斜向凸起,可以边清洁边自动将积尘排出清洁辊,使具备一定的自洁功能,延长清洁层的更换周期,同时可以干湿两用. In order to realize the automatic cleaning of solar-energy green building and reduce the labor intensity of the staff,two workshops are designed to clean the cleaning robot at the same time,so as to improve the efficiency of operation and reduce the maintenance frequency.The intelligent cleaner system is composed of transmission guide system,cleaning system and control system.Only 1 motors are used to complete the whole action.At the same time,an independent walking mechanism is designed.The walking wheel system does not contact with the photovoltaic device.It has no harm to the photovoltaic device and can cross the angle and two adjacent photovoltaic panels,so as to clean the complex photovoltaic panels with one equipment.The cleaning layer of the robot has an oblique projection similar to the spiral output,which can be discharged automatically by the edge cleaning edge,.It has the function of self-cleaning,which can prolong the replacement cycle of the cleaning layer,and can be used both in dry and wet conditions.
