钻头磨削装置的设计研究

摘要 因人工磨削钻头时后角角度及表面质量不好保证,并且钻头的两个切削刃很难保证对中,所以设计该自动磨削装置.该钻头磨削装置带有分度装置可方便的解决钻头机械化磨削问题,从而使得钻头磨削质量大为提高.通过手动操作该装置,从而磨削出所需的刀具角度. Since the angle of the rear angle and the surface quality of the manual grinding drill is not good,and the two cutting edges of the bit are difficult to guarantee the pair,the automatic grinding device is designed.The grinding device of the drill bit is equipped with a dividing device,which can conveniently solve the problem of mechanized grinding of bits,thereby greatly improving the grinding quality of bits.By manually operating the device,the desired tool angle is ground.
