In a city heating pipe installation project,there is a crack in the weld joint.Through the analysis of the macroscopic characteristics of the crack and the fracture morphology,it is judged as a crystalline crack.This paper mainly analyzes the cause of the crack,proposes the repair process,and applies it to practice to ensure the quality of welding.
