长江经济带产业结构调整的污染减排效应研究

Pollution Reduction Effect of Industrial Structure Adjustment in Yangtze River Economic Zone

首先从合理化水平和高级化水平两个维度分析产业结构调整的污染减排效应机理,揭示了产业结构调整对污染减排效应的影响路径,认为产业结构调整促进污染减排。进而运用2006—2015年长江经济带的面板数据,借助系统GMM估计法,对理论推导的结果进行实证检验。结果显示:产业结构调整的合理化水平、高级化水平与污染减排效应均呈正相关,且合理化水平的影响作用大于高级化水平。最后提出在保证产业结构调整合理化发展的基础上,推动产业结构调整往高级化方向发展,建立长江经济带产业的区域合作联动机制。

First of all,from the two dimensions of rationalization and advanced level,it analyzes the mechanism of pollution reduction effect of industrial structure adjustment,reveals the impact of industrial restructuring on the impact of pollution reduction effect,and believes that industrial structure adjustment promotes pollution reduction. Furthermore,using the panel data of Yangtze River economic zone from 2006 to 2015 to verify the pollution reduction effect of industrial structure adjustment by means of system GMM estimation method. The empirical results show that the rationalization level of the industrial structure adjustment,the level of advanced level and the effect of pollution abatement are positively correlated,and the effect of the rationalization level is greater than the advanced level. Finally,on the basis of ensuring the rationalization of industrial structure adjustment,the industrial structure adjustment is promoted to the advanced direction, and the regional cooperation linkage mechanism of the Yangtze River economic zone is established to provide suggestions for the development of the pollution reduction policy in the Yangtze River economic zone.
