摘要
通过梳理相关研究文献,笔者对植物体内草酸的生物合成、草酸钙的形成进行了详细的阐述,并结合草酸钙晶体在植物防御中的研究进展,提出:利用基因工程手段,构建草酸钙晶体形状和丰富程度的差异植株用以防御动物侵害应是今后的研究重点。
In this paper,the authors reviewed the biosynthesis of oxalic acid and the formation of calcium oxalate in plants according to the relevant literature. At the same time,based on the research progress for calcium oxalate crystals in plant defenses,the authors pointed that the future research should be focused on the construction of plants,which differ in shape,distribution,and abundance of calcium oxalate crystals through genetic engineering to enhance the ability of defense against animals.
