摘要
心房颤动是临床上较为复杂而又常见的快速性心律失常之一,可引起脑卒中、肺栓塞、心功能不全等并发症,严重威胁着人类的生命健康。分子诊断技术在过去几十年中取得了很大的进展,目前应用于心房颤动的分子诊断包含单核苷酸多态性(SNP)检测、DNA甲基化检测、miRNA检测及蛋白质组学分析等。近年来,心房颤动基因治疗的研究在控制心房颤动节律及控制心室率方面也取得了一定的成绩。本文就分子诊断技术在心房颤动中临床应用的研究进展进行简要综述。
Atrial fibrillation is one of clinically complex and common tachyarrhythmias which can cause complications such as stroke,pulmonary embolism,and cardiac insufficiency,which seriously threatens human life and health. Molecular diagnostics technology has made great progress in the past few decades. The current molecular diagnosis for atrial fibrillation includes single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)detection,DNA methylation detection,mi RNA detection,and proteomic analysis. In recent years,research on gene therapy for atrial fibrillation has achieved certain results in controlling atrial fibrillation rhythm and controlling ventricular rate. In this article, the advances in the clinical application of molecular diagnostic techniques in atrial fibrillation will be briefly reviewed.
