计量器具许可证取消,制造企业须自我规范管理——纪念JJF 1246《制造计量器具许可考核通用规范》

新《计量法》决定,取消相关制造修理计量器具行政许可,体现了进一步简政放权、激发市场活力的精神。制造计量器具许可证行政审批工作将随之退出历史舞台。计量行政部门将严格执行"计量器具型式批准"许可,依法加强监督抽查。制造企业需自我规范计量器具生产的内部管理,围绕《型式批准》产品,做好各项技术和管理工作。规范做好各项工作,规范内部计量管理,提高企业管理水平和器具制造水平,是计量器具制造企业十分重要的工作环节。

The new ＂Measurement Law＂ decided to cancel the relevant administrative license for manufacturing and repairing measuring instruments,which reflects the spirit of further streamlining administration,delegating power,and stimulating market vitality.The administrative examination and approval work of manufacturing measuring instrument license will be withdrawn from the historical stage.The metrological administrative department will strictly implement the ＂type approval of measuring instruments＂ license and strengthen supervision and random inspection in accordance with the law.Manufacturing enterprises need to self-regulate the internal management of the production of measuring instruments,and do a good job in various technical and management work around the ＂Type Approval＂ products.It is a very important part of the work of measuring equipment manufacturing enterprises to standardize all the work,standardize the internal measurement management,and improve the management level and equipment manufacturing level of enterprises.
