陕西知识产权助推中小微企业创新发展的对策研究

Research on Countermeasures of Boosting Innovative Development of Middle,Small-sized and Micro Enterprises by Using Intellectual Property in Shaanxi Province

知识产权是中小微企业的重要资产,也是促进中小微企业创新发展的支撑与保障。针对实践中对知识产权不重视、支撑知识产权转化的服务体系不健全、知识产权保护机制不完善等问题,笔者从加强培训、推广贯标、深化改革、拓展市场、强化保护、实现价值等6个方面提出完善知识产权助推中小微企业创新发展的对策建议。

Intellectual property rights are an important asset of middle, small-sized and micro enterprises, and also are support and guarantee for innovative development of middle, small-sized and micro enterprises. Aim at problems of the lack of attention to intellectual property rights, the imperfect service system that supports the transformation of intellectual property rights,and imperfect protection mechanisms for intellectual property rights in practice, the author proposed policy suggestions policies of boosting innovative development of middle, small-sized and micro enterprises by improving intellectual property from six aspects, including strengthening training, popularizing implementing standards, deepening reforms, expanding markets, strengthening protection and realizing value.
