建筑施工企业的科技创新管理研究

企业的科技创新能力决定了企业的后续发展潜力,因此建筑施工企业发展必不可少的环节就是科技创新,为了提高施工企业在建筑行业内的竞争力,本文介绍了建筑施工企业科技创新管理现状,针对建筑施工企业在科技创新管理过程中的问题,研究探讨应采取的科技创新管理措施,并指出在施工过程中科技创新管理的表现形式,加强建筑施工企业科技创新管理工作。

The scientific and technological innovation capability of an enterprise determines the potential for subsequent development of the company. Therefore, the essential link in the development of construction companies is technological innovation.In this paper, in order to improve the competitiveness of construction companies in construction industry, the author introduced current state of scientific and technological innovation management of construction companies. Aiming at the problems of construction and construction enterprises in the process of scientific and technological innovation management, the author studied and discussed the measures that should be adopted for technological innovation management, and pointed out that patterns of scientific and technological innovation management in the construction process and strengthening management of scientific and technological innovation of construction companies.
