摘要
以山西天地王坡煤业有限公司3213工作面回风顺槽为工程背景,通过理论分析给出了回风顺槽超前支护强度、最大应力点位置,并通过数值模拟分析了回风顺槽超前应力分布规律及采动期间巷道围岩应力与变形情况,在此基础上给出了超前支护的具体参数。研究表明,当超前支护范围为20 m,支护强度为0.2 MPa时,巷道支护效果良好,可以满足工作面安全生产要求,该研究为工作面顺槽安全支护提供了科学依据。
In this paper, by taking mining roadway of air return of 3213 working face as engineering background, the author pointed out advance support intensity of mining roadway of air return and position of maximum stress point through theoretical analysis. Thirdly, the author analyzed stress distribution law of advance stress of mining roadway of air return and surrounding rock stress and deformation through numerical simulation. On this basis, the author pointed out specific parameters of advance support. The research shows that when range of advance support is 20 m and support strength is 0.2 MPa, roadway support effect is good, which can meet safety production requirements of the working face and provide scientific basis for safe supporting of mining roadway of working face.
