王坡矿3316工作面“三机”选型分析

摘要 为了有效提高生产效率、减轻工人劳动强度、实现安全高效开采,以山西天地王坡煤业股份有限公司3号煤层3316工作面为工程背景,介绍了该工作面概况,通过理论分析的方法,详细分析了采煤机采高、截深、滚筒直径、装机功率,液压支架支护高度、支护强度,刮板输送机运输能力、装机功率等主要技术参数,最终确定了合理的工作面采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机设备型号,为工作面设备选型配套提供了科学依据,同时为后续工作面安全高效开采奠定了基础。 In this paper, in order to improve production efficiency, reduce labour intensity of worker and realize safe and efficient coal mining, the author introduced general situation of this working face by taking 3316 working face of no.3 coal seam as engineering background. Then, the author detailedly analyzed main technical parameters of coal cutter, including mining height, depth-web, roller diameter, installed power, height of hydraulic support, supporting intensity, transportation capability of scraper conveyor as well as installed power. Finally, the author determined reasonable equipment models of coal cutter of working face, hydraulic support and scraper conveyor, which may provide scientific basis for selection and matching of working face and lay the foundation for safe and efficient subsequent mining of working face.
