自动胶带标签粘贴机研发

Research and Development on Auto-pasting Tag Machine of Packaging Tape

针对目前生产车间机器设备标识特征流水卡需要手工粘贴胶带纸的现状,设计了一种能够提前在流水卡上预制黏性胶带的自动胶带标签粘贴机。介绍了自动胶带标签粘贴机的设计原理、总体结构、工作模式,并对提高流水卡粘贴效率进行了有益探索。实践证明,该自动胶带标签粘贴机可大幅提高粘贴效率。

In this paper, aiming at the current situation that the flow process cards of identification feature of machinery equipment in production workshop need to be manually taped, the authors designed an auto-pasting tag machine of packaging tape. This machine can prefabricate the sticky tape on flowing process water card in advance, which greatly improves the pasting efficiency. Then, the authors introduced basic design principles, overall structure and working mode of this machine,and explored improvement of efficiency of flow process card pasting.
