摘要
介绍了基于大数据分析的铁路货车制动检修信息平台的架构,以制动位主阀排气口为例,描述了该平台在生产实践中的应用。铁路货车制动检修信息平台引入数据分析手段对制动阀类检修进行统一管理,实现了对制动阀全生命周期的时时把控,并可利用动态数据分析处理软件绘制出直观的制动阀类生命周期曲线,为铁路货车制动系统的安全评判、质量保障提供了技术手段,保障了车辆制动系统的可靠安全。
In this paper, the authors introduced framework of information platform of wagon brake and maintenance based on big data analysis. Then, the authors described application of the platform in production practice by taking air outlet of main valve of brake position. The data analysis method was introduced to information platform of wagon brake and maintenance.So, brake valve type maintenance was managed uniformly, which realized control of the entire life cycle of the brake valve in any time, and can draw an intuitive life cycle curve by using dynamic data analysis and processing software. It also provided technical methods for safety assessment and quality assurance of brake system of wagon, and ensured reliability and safety of brake system of wagon.
