摘要
折流杆换热器在电厂循环冷却中应用非常广泛,在流量不大情况下运行平稳,但实际表明在强烈的流体激励环境中折流杆换热器同样有发生振动破坏的危险。本文运用流致振动理论并结合工艺分析了换热管与折流杆振动及相互摩擦损伤的原因,提出严格限制折流杆的直径和换热器的通径,降低壳程流体流速,改变换热器壳程入口的结构等防振方面的建议。
Heat exchanger of baffle rod is widely used in circulating cooling of power plant, which operates steadily when quantity of flow is small. However, it has been shown that there is a risk of vibration damage in heat exchanger of baffle rod under condition of strong flow excitation. In this paper, by using theory of flow-induced vibration and combining process,the author analyzed causes of vibration and mutual friction damage between baffle rod and heat exchange tube. Finally, the author proposed anti-vibration suggestions of reducing flow rate of the shell-side fluid and changing heat exchanger structure through strictly limiting diameter of baffle rod and latus rectum of heat exchanger.
