摘要
预制混凝土作为一种新的混凝土形式,具有承载能力强,可以批量生产,从而大幅减少作业时间等优点。在二次浇筑后,预制件与新混凝土间形成的差异面的抗劈裂性能有待研究,本文通过多组界面剂及钢筋植入试验,对同尺寸混凝土试块在相同条件下按《普通混凝土力学性能试验方法》(GBJ81—85)进行了敏感性分析,得到了不同处理方式下的强度增强系数,并对结果形成的原理进行了讨论分析。
As a new type of concrete,precast concrete has the advantages of strong carrying capacity and mass production,which greatly reduces the operating time.After the second pouring,the anti-cracking performance of the difference surface formed between the preform and the new concrete needs to be studied.This article adopts multiple sets of interface agents and steel bar implant tests to test the same size concrete blocks under the same conditions according to GBJ81-85 Test Methods for Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete Sensitivity analysis was performed.The strength enhancement coefficients under different treatment methods were obtained.The principle of the formation of the results was discussed and analyzed.
