摘要
文章以某特大桥(40+64+64+40)m连续梁的施工为背景,详细介绍了最大跨度36~#墩上的0~#、1~#块的施工工艺:钢管混凝土支墩和三角形托架组成的临时支撑体系、模板的设计、钢筋的绑扎和混泥土的灌注及养护等整个过程。此方法施工速度快,使用成本底,施工技术容易掌握。
Abstact:Taking the mega Bridge(40+64+64+40)m continuous beam construction as the background,introduces the construction technology of segment No.01,the maximum span of No.36 piers,the whole process includes temporary support system composed of CFST pier and triangular bracket,design of formwork,reinforcement of reinforcement and pouring and maintenance of concrete.This method has the advantages of fast construction speed,low cost,and easy mastery of construction technology.
