随着我国建筑工程行业的发展,工程造价管理越来越受到人们的重视和关注。本文通过查阅大量国内外关于建筑工程造价动态管理的文献资料,和对文献资料的整理分析,对目前我国建筑工程造价管理在设计阶段、招投标阶段及施工阶段存的重要性进行研究分析,并提出加强建筑工程造价管理的措施与建议,希望能为我国建筑企业的发展起到一定的参考作用。
