内固定结合椎体成形术对脊柱骨折患者Cobb’s角和椎体高度压缩率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察内固定结合椎体成形术对脊柱骨折患者Cobbs角和椎体高度压缩率的影响。方法:选取80例脊柱骨折患者作为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组接受常规脊柱内固定手术,观察组在对照组基础上结合椎体成形术。结果:两组患者的手术时间和术中出血量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后的脊柱后凸Cobb’s角、椎体前缘和后缘高度压缩率均较治疗前低(P<0.05),且观察组的各项数值均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内固定结合椎体成形术可有效缩小脊柱骨折患者的后凸Cobb’s角,降低椎体前缘和后缘高度压缩率,可明显降低脊髓损伤程度,值得进一步推广应用。
