IKAP模式对玻璃体视网膜手术患者高眼压的预防及生活质量的影响

Effect of IKAP on Prevention for Intraocular Hypertension and Life Quality in Patients after Vitreoretinal Surgery

目的:分析IKAP模式对玻璃体视网膜手术患者高眼压的预防及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2015年7月—2016年9月在我院进行玻璃体视网膜手术的患者70例作为研究对象,将所有患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用IKAP模式护理,对比两组术后高眼压发生率、护理前后心理状态及生活质量评分、并发症发生率。结果:对照组术后高眼压发生率及并发症发生率均明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者心理状态及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,对照组SAS及SDS评分均高于观察组,生活质量评分低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IKAP模式对玻璃体视网膜手术患者高眼压的预防具有较好的作用,可有效降低高眼压的发生率,同时提高患者术后生活质量,减少不良情绪的发生,在临床应用中值得推广。

Objective： To analyze the effect of IKAP on the prevention of intraocular hypertension and life quality of patients after vitreoretinal surgery. Methods： A total of 70 patients who had received vitreoretinal surgery in our hospital between July2015 and September 2016 were selected as the research object. All of the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with IKAP mode for nursing. The incidence of intraocular hypertension,the psychological state and scores of life quality,incidence of complications before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results： The incidence of postoperative intraocular hypertension and complications in the control group was shown to be higher than that in the observation group,where the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of psychological state and life quality between the two groups（ P 0. 05）; after nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the control group were shown to be higher than those in the observation group,and scores of life quality lower than those in the observation group,where the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： IKAP is with significant effect on the prevention of intraocular hypertension in patients after IKAP,and effectively reduce the incidence of intraocular hypertension,while improving the life quality of the patients and decreasing the incidence of negative emotions; therefore,it is of significant value to be popularized in clinical application.
