中国特色社会主义进入新时代,这是我国发展新的历史定位。新时代下建设中国特色社会主义仍要统筹推进"五位一体"总体布局和协调推进"四个全面"战略布局。其中全面从严治党是"四个全面"战略布局的重要组成部分,新时代下全面从严治党要求必须深化加强党内监督、加强群众监督以及深化国家监察监督体制改革,将全面从严治党工作推向一个新的高度。

The development of our country has come to a new historical era and the socialism with Chinese characteristics has stepped into a new era. The overall plan for building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is the "five-sphere integrated plan",and the overall strategy is the "four-pronged comprehensive strategy". Comprehensively strengthening Party discipline is one of the "four-pronged comprehensive strategy"which means a lot today. In order to comprehensively strengthen Party discipline,inner-party supervision,public supervision,and national surveillance mechanism should be needed.
