论粤港澳大湾区背景下的区域经济新格局——以肇庆地区为研究视阈

New Regional Economic Patterns in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao——Taking Zhao Qing City of Radiation Layer as an Example

世界著名三大湾区有着健全的创新体系、发达的交通网络、宜人的工作和居住环境、完善的分工协作机制等共同特征。概括总结世界三大湾区的本质内涵、共同特点以及成功经验,并以湾区城市之一肇庆及地区作为研究背景,罗列出本地区发展现状和存在的问题,通过比较分析粤港澳湾区建设与世界湾区存在的差距,提出肇庆发展湾区区域经济的策略建议和路径选择,这对肇庆快速融入湾区,抓新机遇、战略层次参与协同合作、实现区域经济发展具有积极指导意义。

This paper analyzes and summarizes the common characteristics,development strategies and successful experiences of the three famous Gulf zones,combs the essential characteristics of the Gulf zone economy,analyzes the gap between the Gulf zone,especially the Zhao Qing region and the world bay zone,analyzes the disadvantages and problems of the development of Zhao Qing area by means of research,literature search and mathematical statistics,and puts forward the strategic proposal for developing the Gulf zone economy. First,relying on the national and provincial policies; second,taking advantage of the land resources of Zhao Qing to expand the new space of urban strategic development; third,adhering to innovation drive strategy,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading;fourth,driving the economic development of the Bay Area by spill-over function; fifth,developing a green economy and transforming ecological advantages into industrial advantages. The above measures are of great guiding significance for Zhao Qing's rapid integration into the Bay area to participate in cooperation at a higher level and achieve high quality economic development.
