中医情志护理联合药物治疗对住院2型糖尿病失眠患者疗效及生存质量的影响

Effects of TCM emotion-thought nursing combined with medication on clinical curative effects and life quality of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by insomnia

目的探讨住院2型糖尿病失眠患者应用中医情志护理联合药物治疗对患者临床疗效及生存质量的影响。方法选取收治的住院2型糖尿病失眠患者180例,按照随机数字表分为2组,每组90例。对照组实行常规护理干预,观察组实行中医情志护理联合药物治疗,对比2组用药依从性、临床疗效,护理前后自我管理能力以及生存质量。结果观察组用药依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生存质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对住院2型糖尿病失眠患者应用中医情志护理联合药物治疗有利于提高患者用药依从性,改善其自我管理能力和生存质量,从而提升临床治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） emotion-thought nursing combined with medication on clinical curative effects and life quality of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by insomnia. Methods A total of 180 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by insomnia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were divided into two groups according to random number table.The 90 patients in control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,however,the other 90 patients in observation group were treated by TCM emotion-thought nursing combined with medication. The compliance of medication,clinical curative effects,self-management ability and life quality before and after treatment were observed and compared between two grousp.Results The compliance of medication and clinical curative effects in observation group were superior to those in control group（P〈 0. 05）. Moreover,the self-management ability scores and life quality of patients in observation group were superior to those in control group（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The TCM emotion-thought nursing combined with medication can improve the compliance of medication and self-management ability as well as life quality of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by insomnia so as to improve the clinical curative effects,therefor,which is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
