聚醋酸乙烯乳胶涂料是目前实验室配制涂料的主要项目之一,实验研究了影响聚醋酸乙烯乳胶涂料黏度和对比率的主要因素,发现颜填料的加料速度、颜填料的分散转速和时间、乳液的分散转速和时间,均对最终涂料的黏度和对比率有较大影响。

Polyvinyl acetate emulsion coating is one of the main items in the laboratory preparation of coatings at present. The main factors affecting the viscosity and contrast ratio of polyvinyl acetate latex coatings are studied. The feeding speed of pigments and fillers,the dispersing speed and time of pigments and fillers,the dispersing speed and time of the emulsion are found. The viscosity and contrast ratio have great influence.
