一种新型蓝光荧光材料的合成及其在有机电致发光二极管中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 有机发光二极管因为具有高亮度、驱动电压低、柔性显示、响应速度快等优点而成为显示发光领域的研究热点。在发红、绿、蓝光的器件中,绿光器件的量子效率和寿命最高,但红光和蓝光器件的效率相对较低。因此,开发新型蓝光材料具有重要意义。介绍了通过铃木(Suzuki)交叉偶联反应一步合成了一种高效的蓝光荧光材料26TPAPy,并研究了光物理、热稳定、电化学等性质。基于26TPAPy的蓝光OLED器件的最大发光亮度达到2237cd/m2,最大电流效率达到13.7cd/A,最大功率效率达到10.7 lm/W。 Organic light-emitting diodes( OLEDs) have become a hot topic for their excellent features such as high brightness,low driven voltages,flexible display,and rapid response. Although highly efficient green organic electroluminescent device with high quantum yield and long operating lifetime have been fabricated,the red and blue electroluminescent device were relatively poor in quantum yield and lifetime. Thus the design of novel blue emitting materials is of significance. In this paper,a highly efficient blue emitting material named 26 TPAPy was synthesized via Suzuki cross-coupling reaction with"one-pot"step. And its photophysical properties、thermogravimetric stability and electrochemical analysis were studied. The device performance based-on 26 TPAPy emitter showed that the maximum brightness was 2237 cd/m2,the maximum current efficiency was 13. 7 cd/A and the maximum power efficiency was 10. 7 lm/W,respectively.
