摘要
在催化量的三氯化铝存在时,二乙酸碘苯可以在温和条件下将奥美拉唑硫醚(2)氧化成奥美拉唑。与已报道方法相比,该法具有反应条件温和,后处理简单,收率高的优点,有较好的应用前景。
Ph I( OAc)2 was found to be an effective oxidant for the synthesis of omeprazole from omeprazole sulfide(2) under mild condition,in the presence of catalytic AlCl3. This methodology has several advantages compared with traditional methodologies,including milder reaction condition,easier workup and higher yield,and is suitable for industrial production.
