气相色谱法测定1,2-丙二胺的含量 被引量:1

Determination of 1,2-propylene Amide by Gas Chromatography

摘要 用OV-1毛细管色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,以邻二甲苯为内标物,测定1.2-丙二胺的含量。确立了色谱分析最佳条件为:进样口温度:200℃;FID检测器温度:200℃;柱温:恒温100℃。结果表明,此方法线性较好,相关系数为0.9998,标准偏差为0.21~0.27,变异系数为0.49%~0.66%,平均加标回收率为100.26%。实验证明本方法操作简单、快速、重复性较好。 A method for quantitative analysis of 1,2-propylene amide was described by gas chromatography with OV-1 capillary column,FID detector and o-xylene as internal standard. The optimum chromatographic conditions were determined.Injection temperature was 200 ℃. FID detector temperature was 200℃. Column temperature was a constant temperature of100℃. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0. 9998. The standard deviations were found in the range of 0. 21 and 0. 27,with the coefficients of variation were between 0. 49% and 0. 66%. The average recovery was 100.26%. The experimental results showed that the method is simple,rapid and reliable.
