摘要
建立复方氯化钠注射液中氯化钾含量的检测方法,与《中国药典》中方法进行比较。原子吸收分光光度法以767 nm的波长处测定并计算;药典方法为重量法。氯化钾在0.75~3.75μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996);精密度(RSD=0.7%)和耐用性(RSD=0.4%)较好;平均回收率大于99%;原子吸收分光光度计法较重量法检测时间明显缩短。采用原子吸收分光光度法操作时间短,对人体危害小,准确且重现性好,适用于控制复方氯化钠注射液中氯化钾的含量。
To establish a determination method of potassium chloride content in compound sodium chloride injection,and to compare the method with the Chinese pharmacopoeia. atomic absorption spectrophotometry was measured at the wavelength of767 nm and the method of Pharmacopoeia was gravimetric method. potassium chloride had good linear relationship in the range of0. 75 ~ 3. 75μg/m L( r = 0. 9996),precision( RSD = 0. 7%) and durability( RSD = 0. 4%) were better,the average recovery was more than 99%,and the time of detection by the atomic absorption spectrophotometer method was significantly shorter than the gravimetric. the atomic absorption spectrophotometry has short operation time and is harmless to human body,accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for controlling the content of potassium chloride in compound sodium chloride injection.
