ICP-MS法测定接装纸中砷的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Arsenic Content in Tipping Paper by ICP-MS

为了提高用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定接装纸中砷含量检测结果的准确性,本文建立了评价接装纸中砷含量测定的不确定度方法。结果表明:接装纸中砷含量测定为(0.32±0.06)mg/kg,按不确定度对测定结果影响程度的大小依次分别为样品溶液测定、样品重复性、样品称量和样品定容。

In order to improve the accuracy of arsenic content determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（ ICP-MS）,the evaluation method of uncertainty was established. The results showed that the elemental contents in tipping paper were（ 0. 32 ± 0. 06） mg/kg for arsenic. And on the basis of the weights of uncertainty,the influences on determination results were the measurement of the sample solution,the repeatability of samples,the weighing sample and the constant volume of the sample solution.
