关于反应釜高压清洗管系设计的探讨

摘要 公司承接的某科技有限公司特种聚氨酯项目,该项目属间歇生产,原料和产品更换频繁,为保证产品质量,需对反应釜频繁清洗。但物料为胶黏剂,黏度大,清洗困难。故业主要求采用高压清洗系统,设计压力定在55MPa,操作压力为50MPa,属超高压,管道振动严重,噪声较大,且存在交变荷载,影响管道的使用寿命。本文对反应釜高压清洗管系设计中的管径、壁厚、支架、振动等问题进行了探讨,供其他工程设计人参考,确保正常运行,降低安全风险。 My company undertakes the special polyurethane project of a technology company,which belongs to intermittent production and frequent replacement of raw materials and products. In order to ensure the quality of products,it is necessary to clean the reactor frequently. But the material is adhesive,the viscosity is large,the cleaning is difficult. So the owners require the use of high pressure cleaning system,the design pressure set at 55 MPa,operating pressure of 50 MPa,it belongs to ultra-high pressure,The piping vibration is serious,noise is bigger,and there is alternating load,These factors affect the service life of pipelines. In this paper,There is a discussion about the size of the pipe,the thickness,the stents,and the vibration. Maybe it is helpful to other engineering designers in the normal operation and reduction of the safety risk.
