摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了Zn-Bi_3NbO_7光催化剂,并进行XRD、BET、UV-Vis DRS表征.以甲基橙作为模型污染物,考察可见光催化活性.结果表明:pH=7时制备的催化剂以Bi_3NbO_7物相为主,同时伴有少量Bi_2NbO_5F、BiOF及Bi F3杂相,Zn可能进入Bi_3NbO_7晶格.适量掺杂Zn可以提高可见光催化活性,当n(Zn)/n(Bi_3NbO_7)为1.0%时可见光催化活性最佳,反应速率常数约为未掺杂催化剂的1.4倍.
The Zn-Bi3NbO7 catalyst was prepared by coprecipitation method. The samples were characterized by XRD,BET and UV-Vis DRS. The visible light photocatalytic activities of the samples were investigated by using methyl orange as the model pollutant. The results showthat the main crystal phase of catalyst prepared at pH of 7 is Bi3NbO7,accompanied with Bi2NbO5F,BiOF and BiF3 phases. At the same time,Zn was merged into the lattices of Bi3NbO7. The visible-light-induced photocatalytic activity can be improved by doping suitable amount of Zn. The reaction rate constant of Zn-Bi3NbO7 with Zn doping amount of 1. 0 % was about 1. 4 times higher than that of Bi3NbO7 without Zn.
