摘要 研究汽车的振动特性,简化出具有独立悬架的七自由度非线性动力学模型,推导其振动微分方程,并整理成矩阵形式,运用数值仿真方法研究汽车悬架刚度、悬架阻尼系数和轮胎刚度等参数对汽车悬架振动特性的影响.结果表明:系统的共振区间为f=0.8~3.0;在共振区域时,随着悬架刚度、悬架阻尼和轮胎刚度的增加,汽车的稳定性、安全性下降,但当频率足够高时,悬架振动幅值的变化并不明显;随着系统参数的变化,悬架1、3的幅值变化剧烈,悬架2、4的幅值变化不是很明显.因此,在设计悬架时应该选择合理的结构参数. For studying the characteristics of the vibration of the car. It simplifies the independent suspension of the seven degrees of freedom nonlinear dynamic model,and derive the vibration differential equation,then collates them into matrix form. It uses the method of numerical simulation to study the automobile suspension vibration characteristics of automobile suspension stiffness,suspension damping coefficient and tire stiffness design parameters. The results showthat the system resonance interval is f = 0. 8- 3. 0. In the resonance region,with the increase of the suspension stiffness,suspension damping and the tire stiffness. It can reduce vehicle stability and safety. But when the frequency is high enough,the suspension vibration amplitude change is not obvious. With the change of system parameters,the amplitude change of suspension 1、3,suspension of 2、4 amplitude change is not obvious. So it should choose reasonable structural parameters in the design of suspension.
