摘要 为解决传统磷化生产能耗大、成膜质量差、过程不易控制、磷化渣处理成本高等问题,将原有的传统磷化设备进行升级改造,配置中丝热处理电解磷化生产线。经过试生产,该设备电解磷化处理后的80钢丝,磷化膜晶粒尺寸为1~2μm,磷化膜面质量大于5 g/m2;拉拔后的0.7 mm成品钢丝抗拉强度2 460~2 500 MPa,扭转值66~68次,符合GB/T 4357—2009要求。生产设备及工艺过程简单可控,不仅提升了线材磷化产品的质量,节约成本,而且解决了磷化渣处理的环保难题。 To solve problems such as traditional phosphating production energy consumption high,film quality poor,process control difficult,phosphating residue treatment cost high and so on,original traditional phosphating equipment was upgraded,the semi-finished wire heat treatment electrolytic phosphating production line was set up. After trail production,80 steel wire after the equipment electrolytic phosphating treated,phosphating film grain size is 1 - 2 μm,phosphating film mass fraction is more than 5 g/m^2. Tensile strenght of diameter 0. 7 mm finished steel wire after drawn is 2 460 - 2 500 MPa,torsion value is 66 - 68,meet requirements of GB/T 4357—2009. The production equipment and process are simple and controllable,the qurlity of wire rod phosphating products is improved,cost saving and the environmental problem of phosphating residue treatment is solved.
