摘要
分析国内压实股钢丝绳生产工艺装备现状,指出生产中、小直径压实股钢丝绳的工艺装备比较完善,但生产大直径钢丝绳的相关工艺装备较少,提出研制大直径多丝结构股绳压实工艺装备的必要性。设计一种新型大直径压实股工艺装备,股压实采用辊拉工艺,工艺装备设计采用整体框架式结构。利用该装备完成88.9—NAT—6×K41WS+IWR—1 960—ZS压实股钢丝绳生产,填补国内该领域空白。
The present situation of domestic compacted strand wire rope production process equipment is analyzed. It is pointed out that production of medium and small diameter compacted strand wire rope process equipment is relatively perfect,but production of large diameter wire rope relative process equipment is less,the necessity of researching and developing large diameter multi-wire structure strand and rope compacted process equipment is presented. A new type large diameter compacted strand process equipment is designed,strand compacted adopts roller process,process equipment design adopts whole frame structure. The equipment is adopted to finish 88. 9—NAT—6 × K41 WS + IWR—1 960—ZS compacted strand wire rope production,to fill domestic field gap.
