摘要
悬架弹簧在实际使用中要频繁经受高应力的冲击载荷,这对生产悬架弹簧的淬回火弹簧钢丝提出更高的要求。选用15 mm 55Si Cr弹簧钢盘条生产12.6 mm淬回火弹簧钢丝,加热温度分别选取930、950、980、1 010、1 040℃,回火温度分别选取440、460、480、500、520℃,车速分别选取24、26、28、30、32 m/min,对12.6 mm淬回火弹簧钢丝生产工艺进行研究,最终获得最佳生产工艺为加热温度1 010℃,回火温度460℃,车速28 m/min。生产的成品弹簧钢丝抗拉强度为2 010 MPa,断面收缩率为48%。
Suspension spring in actual usage is under high stress impact load frequently,which put forward higher requirements to quenching tempering spring wire for production suspension spring. Diameter 15 mm 55 Si Cr spring steel wire rod was chosen to produce diameter 12. 6 mm quenching and tempering spring wire,heating temperature is selected 930,950,980,1 010,1 040 ℃ separately,tempering temperature is selected 440,460,480,500,520 ℃ separately,wire speed is selected 24,26,28,30,32 m/min separately,the production process of diameter 12. 6 mm oil quenching and tempering spring wire is researched,the best production process are as follows,heating temperature 1 010 ℃,tempering temperature460 ℃,wire speed 28 m/min. The tensile strength of finished steel wire is 2 010 MPa,percentage reduction of area is48%.
