摘要 为使预应力钢丝及钢绞线用热轧盘条更适用于后期深加工,满足终端产品性能指标要求,在充分考虑环境温度对产品质量影响的基础上,对化学成分设计、轧制工艺控制、组织性能控制及盘条表面质量、外形尺寸等关键生产控制环节进行分析。结果表明,对C、Mn、Cr等强化合金元素含量进行合理设定;盘条表面缺陷深度控制在0.1mm以下;开轧温度控制在1 000~1 040℃;索氏体化率控制在1.5级以上,索氏体片层间距在0.18~0.25μm;盘条表面无严重划伤、结疤及耳子等缺陷,最终得到综合性能优良的预应力热轧盘条。 In order to make the hot rolled wire rod of prestressed steel wire and steel strand more suitable for late processing,meet the requirements of terminal product performance,on the basis of fully considering the effect of environmental temperature on product quality,the key production control link of chemical composition design,rolling process control,organization and performance control,surface quality and shape size of the wire rod surface,and so on to carry out analysis.The results show that the content of strengthened alloy elements such as C,Mn and Cr is reasonably set. The surface defect depth of wire rod is controlled below 0. 1 mm. The temperature of open rolling is controlled at 1 000 - 1 040 ℃. The sorbite rate of wire rod is controlled above 1. 5,and the slice spacing of sorbite is between 0. 18 and 0. 25 μm. there are no serious scratches,scarring and ear defects on the wire rod surface. Finally,the prestressed hot-rolled wire rod with excellent comprehensive properties is obtained.
