摘要
目的了解某三级综合医院护士长服务型领导行为和留职意愿现状,分析二者的相关性。方法采取随机抽样方法,选取某三级综合医院390名护士进行问卷调查,调查工具采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、中文版护士留职意愿问卷、护士长服务型领导行为量表。结果该院护士留职意愿整体平均分为(20.39±5.30)分,护士长服务型领导行为整体平均得分(78.74±20.22)分,护士留职意愿与护士长服务型领导行为之间存在显著的正相关,相关系数为0.689(P<0.01)。结论提高护士长服务型领导行为水平,可增强护士的留职意愿。
Objective To understand the status of matron's service-oriented leadership behavior and nurses' willingness to retain in a tertiary-level comprehensive hospital,and to analyze the correlation between the two. Methods 390 nurses in a tertiary-level comprehensive hospital were selected by random sampling method. Nurses was surveyed by an questionnaire,which includes self-designed general information questionnaire,questionnaire of nurses ' willingness to retain in Chinese,and questionnaire scale of matron's service-oriented leadership behavior. Results The average score of nurses' willingness to retain in this hospital was( 20. 39 ± 5. 30),and the average score of matron's service-oriented leadership behavior was( 78.74 ± 20. 22). There was a positive correlationbetween the two group( correlation = 0. 689,P〈0. 01). Conclusion Improving of the level of matron's service-oriented leadership behavior can enhance nurses' willingness to retain.
