摘要
德孝,在中国传统社会,其内核是"礼治",在价值世界集中反映为一种"以孝统摄诸行"的伦理规范。近现代以来,现实世界社会化大生产的急剧变革,对传统社会以"礼治"为内核的德孝文化产生了直接性的撕裂。这一撕裂,历经熟人社会与生人社会的冲突,人身依附关系的退让与妥协,最终蜕变为一种以现代"民主、平等、法治"为根基的现代性认知。其退却差序性的人伦格局,重新定位为一种民主、平等意义上的现代德孝文化。于现代中国而言,德孝已不再是一种固化的"礼法"束缚,其已融入社会主义现代化建设,并以全新的姿态发挥其在现代法治社会中的伦理功用。
In the traditional Chinese society,the core of filial piety is"rule by rites",which is reflected in the value world as an ethical norm of"governing everything by filial piety".Since modern times,filial piety culture has been eroded by the dramatic changes in the socialized large-scale production of the real world.After the conflicts between the acquaintance society and the stranger society and the concession and compromise of personal inter-dependence,this tear has eventually been turned into a modern cognition based on the modern"democracy,equality and rule by law".The pattern of differential humanity has been repositioned as a modern and filial culture in the sense of democracy and equality.In modern China,filial piety culture is no longer a solid"rule by rites"bondage.It has been integrated into the socialist modernization drive and has played its ethical role in the modern rule of law society in a new form.
