Since the 18 th National Congress of CPC,Xi Jinping,the general secretary of the CPC Central Committee put forward the theory of socialist income distribution. The theory is based on Marxism and the principal contradiction which is faced by Chinese society in the era. We must uphold and improve China＇s basic socialist economic system. The wellbeing of the people is the fundamental goal of development. We will continue to follow the principle of distribution according to one＇s work while improving our institutions and mechanisms for distribution based on factors of production,so as to make income distribution fairer and more orderly. We will see that the government plays its function of adjusting redistribution,and move faster to ensure equitable access to basic public services and narrow the gaps in incomes. The theory of socialist income distribution of Xi jinping Thought on socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is the theoretical result of social development and the theoretical weapon of finishing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
