Research on the Extension of Dynamic Managerial Capabilities

摘要 通过对相关文献梳理与归纳,本文认为可以通过激活、撬动和刺激分别将管理者人力资本、管理者社会资本和管理者认知转化为动态管理者能力。同时,动态管理者能力的三个基本构成要素间相互影响并在一定条件下可以相互转化。本研究的目的是丰富动态管理者能力的研究文献,并对企业管理者如何开发动态管理者能力有所启示。 By reviewing and summing up the related literatures,this paper suggests that managerial human capital,managerial social capital and managerial cognition be activated,levered,and stimulated into dynamic managerial capabilities. Meanwhile,the factors of dynamic managerial capabilities interact with each other and convert each other under certain conditions. The purpose of this research is to enrich the research literatures of dynamic managerial capabilities,and to provide implications for enterprise managers to develop dynamic managerial capabilities.
