基于灰色关联综合评价的高职专业评估研究

Research on Specialty Assessment of Higher Vocational Education Based on Multi-layer Grey Correlation Comprehensive Evaluation

为建立高职专业评估综合评价体系,从专业设置、专业团队、教学保障、教学实施、人才培养质量5个方面构建综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算指标权重,以灰色关联分析构建多层评价模型。将上述综合评价指标体系和评价模型应用于某高职二级学院5个专业的专业评估,通过这一评估实践明确了各专业的优势与不足,为推进该院的专业建设提供了科学依据。本次评估结果受到各方面的高度认可,说明上述综合评价体系科学可行。

In order to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for professional assessment in higher vocational education,this paper constructs an evaluation index system from specialty setup,specialty team,teaching guarantee,teaching implementation and personnel training quality,which adopts AHP to calculate the index weight and uses GRA to construct the multi-layer evaluation model. The comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model above are applied to make professional assessment on five majors in a sub-college of a higher vocational college. Through this evaluation practice,the advantages and disadvantages of each major are defined,providing a scientific basis for promoting the specialty construction of the college. The results of the assessment are highly recognized by all aspects,indicating that the comprehensive evaluation system is scientific and feasible.
